The Ocean Room
Blends into the beautiful Indian Ocean with ocean views and a big balcony taking in Perth’s favourite holiday island. One of our most popular rooms. Richly furnished with four poster bed & canopy,  ensuite, beautiful art work, chaise longue, LCD TV, DVD and more. Feel alive in the fresh ocean air!

The Beach Room
Our biggest room with beautiful ocean views, sitting area with TV & DVD and big bathroom with bath.  Beachy themes with four poster bed and canopy, air conditioning, fridge. Private patio perfect for watching the Indian Ocean.

The French Boudoir
Naughty, but nice. Ocean views and balcony looking across the beach to Perth’s favourite holiday island Rottnest. A room for romantics, filled with gorgeous furnishings. Four poster bed with canopy, overbed mirror, chaise longue, ensuite, exotic art, plushest carpet your toes have felt.
$195 a night incl delicious daily breakfast, $175 a night off peak.

The Bella Vista Room
 This room has the wow factor. Stylish room with four poster bed and canopy and a stunning full-ceiling original oil on canvas fresco above your head.  Our tribute to Michelangelo, the Italian master.  Overlooking the resort-style pool below with ensuite, washed walls and chaise longue. The closest thing to heaven.
$179 a night incl delicious daily breakfast, $169 a night off peak.

Indian Ocean Suite
Panoramic ocean views in a big, private world of your own. Super comfortable four poster bed with views over the beach outside. Lie in bed looking at the ocean through your big lounge room with huge flatscreen TV, DVD and CD. Bedroom 45 sq m, lounge room 36 sq m, balcony 40 sq m, ensuite 15 sq m with spa and ocean views.  Apartment-size suite!
$275 a night incl delicious daily breakfast and welcome bottle of Margaret River wine, $249 a night off peak.
Rates include a delicious daily breakfast, including healthy Margaret River muesli, cereals, daily home baked bread and spreads, eggs, croissants, Margaret River yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, pure 100% juices.  
We choose filling, delicious produce.

All rooms include comfortable Queen size beds, ensuite, TV, fridge, air con, DVD (on request in Bella Vista), free wi-fi.
The Indian Ocean suite includes big lounge, evap.air con, widescreen TV, DVD. 
Ground floor guest lounge include TV, DVD & CD overlooking resort-style pool & bar area.
Upstairs guest lounge includes 180 degree stunning ocean views including Fremantle, Cottesloe and Rottnest Island. This lounge has a bar and beautiful full-wall fresco.

Cancellation policy: Within 4 weeks of arrival, 50% of booking total payable, within 3 weeks, 100% payable.  Deposit of 20% payable upon booking.
